The Dog's Dinner - by Ann Ridyard

Raw feeding for dogs
Planning your meal ~ good and bad meal partners.
Planning your meal ~ good and bad meal partners.
It is of great consequence what types of foods you put together the chart underneath lets you see the best meal partners.
The items in RED are all HIGH bone content.
The items in ORANGE are LOWER in bone content.
The items in GREEN contain NO bone at all.
By remembering that we should aim for 10-20% bone:70-80% meat:10% organ meat, we can mix and match the right combinations to ensure not too much bone is fed.
There is a chart on The Dog's Dinner website which lets you know the percentage of bone contained in the most popular items we feed and a detailed explaination of the part bone plays in the raw diet ~ Please see here - Any old bone?
